Oh, I dream of pork chops from our own pigs. Think lemon, rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil, and a little bit of brown sugar. Heaven on earth, my friend!

I was in a hurry mostly. We had some sausage yesterday and it was superb. I think we will have pork loin on Sunday I will try your recipe.

It sounds like you have been listening to the splendid Table on NPR.
